Your dashboard is where you see the revenue Revtain has recovered, prove the return to your board, and get notified the moment a large payment comes back. Everything is read-only except your own settings — there is nothing to configure for the numbers to appear.

Signing In

Your dashboard lives at api.revtain.com/client-dashboard. Access is tied to the admin email on your account — the one used when you were onboarded. First time:
  1. Go to api.revtain.com/client-dashboard.
  2. Choose Create account and register with your admin email and a password. Any other email is rejected.
  3. Click the verification link sent to your inbox, then sign in. You land on your Overview.
After that, it’s a normal sign-in. Use Forgot password on the sign-in tab if you need a reset.
One login per account, and there is no open sign-up — your revenue data is locked to the email we onboarded. Need the login moved to a different address? Write to support@revtain.com and we’ll update your account, then the new address can register.

What Each Page Shows

Overview

Revenue recovered, recovery rate, recoveries, and customers saved — with the proof-of-lift measured against a held-back control group.

In Progress

Payments currently being worked and the revenue still at risk.

Recovered Payments

A searchable, exportable ledger of every recovered payment.

Customers

Every customer a payment was recovered for, plus a “needs attention” view for those with revenue still at risk.

Impact

The renewal-justifier: net recovered after fees, your return multiple, annualized run-rate, and milestones.

Reports

CSV exports, an accounting journal, and board-ready share links.

Sharing a Board-Ready Report

The Reports page can generate a read-only link to a clean, print-ready summary — recovered revenue, recovery rate, return multiple, and proof-of-lift — that you can send straight to your board or finance team.
  1. Open Reports.
  2. Under Share with your board, select Create link. The link is copied to your clipboard.
  3. Send it to anyone. They see the summary with no login required.
  4. To turn a “Download PDF” copy into a file, open the link and use Download PDF.
Each link expires after 30 days and can be revoked at any time from the same page. The shared page shows outcomes and totals only — never your customers’ details.

Turning On Recovery Alerts

Get notified the moment Revtain recovers a large payment, and receive a short weekly summary. Alerts go to your team — never to your customers. Configure everything under Settings → Notifications. Slack alerts are the fastest way to feel recovery happen in real time.
  1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want alerts in:
    • Open api.slack.com/appsCreate New AppFrom scratch.
    • Choose your workspace, name the app (e.g. “Revtain”).
    • Open Incoming Webhooks → toggle OnAdd New Webhook to Workspace → pick a channel.
    • Copy the webhook URL (it starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/...).
  2. In your dashboard, go to Settings → Notifications, paste the URL into Slack webhook URL.
  3. Select Send test to confirm a message lands in your channel.
  4. Select Save changes.

Email

  1. Under Settings → Notifications, add one or more addresses to Alert recipients.
  2. Select Save changes.

Choosing What You Get Alerted About

Large-recovery alerts

Set Alert on recoveries above to an amount (e.g. 500). Any single recovery above it pings your team. Leave blank to disable.

Weekly digest

Toggle Weekly digest on for a one-line recovery summary every Monday.

Connection Health

The Connection status in Settings — and the indicator in the sidebar — tells you at a glance whether your integration is connected and payment events are flowing.
  • Healthy — connected, and events arrived recently.
  • Quiet — connected, but nothing recent. Often just low volume.
  • Needs attention — no events received yet. Check your integration.

Branding Your Reports

Under Settings → Branding, set your brand name, logo URL, and brand colour. These appear on your board-ready report and your customer-facing card-update pages, so what you share carries your name.
